With time, study and implementation of consistent training and examinations&nbsp;<strong>improved communication&nbsp;<\/strong>had a strongly positive effect on the level of safety and, along with similar changes in the ground crew and aircraft maintenance sectors, made the airline industry so safe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>conduct research into human factor \u2013&nbsp;<em>prowadzi\u0107 badania nad czynnikiem ludzkim<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>the strongest cross-cultural differences \u2013&nbsp;<em>najostrzejsze r\u00f3\u017cnice mi\u0119dzykulturowe<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>flexibility with regard to \u2026 \u2013&nbsp;<em>elastyczno\u015b\u0107 w odniesieniu do \u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>&nbsp;\u2026 in reference to hierarchy, rules, relationships \u2013 &nbsp;<em>\u2026 w odniesieniu do hierarchii, zasad, zwi\u0105zk\u00f3w<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Today the majority of&nbsp;<strong>research into human factor<\/strong>&nbsp;in aviation is&nbsp;<strong>conducted<\/strong>&nbsp;by institutions in North America and Western Europe. As a result, much of this research is centred around the U.S. and European operations and operators. The<strong>&nbsp;strongest cross-cultural differences<\/strong>&nbsp;were found in the areas of command &nbsp;and<strong>&nbsp;flexibility<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>with regard to<\/strong>&nbsp;rules and routines. Pilots from \u201cAnglo\u201d countries (the USA, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and Britain including the pilots who were born in the latter and then worked in Hong Kong) held very similar views, while among the non-Anglo countries, the more hierarchical command styles were observed<strong>&nbsp;in reference to<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>hierarchy<\/strong>&nbsp;(Brazil),&nbsp;<strong>rules<\/strong>&nbsp;(Taiwan), and<strong>&nbsp;relationships<\/strong>&nbsp;(Philippines).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>complex \u2013&nbsp;<em>skomplikowany<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>relevant \u2013&nbsp;<em>istotny<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>unable\/ unwilling to express opinion \u2013&nbsp;<em>niezdolny do \u2026\/ niech\u0119tnie wyra\u017caj\u0105cy opini\u0119<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>information related to crucial aspects of flight \u2013&nbsp;<em>informacja odnosz\u0105ca si\u0119 do najistotniejszych aspekt\u00f3w lotu<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, Boeing and Airbus design modern,&nbsp;<strong>complex<\/strong>&nbsp;airplanes to be flown by two equals. That works beautifully incommunities&nbsp;like the &nbsp;U.S. where hierarchies aren\u2019t as<strong>&nbsp;relevant<\/strong>.
