His wife reports that he has had cardiovascular problems for years. The doctor is performing CPR.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>(acute) allergic reaction to &#8230;\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<p>We are having the passenger with <strong>acute allergic reaction<\/strong>.<br \/>The underage passenger is <strong>allergic to<\/strong> the food he has eaten but he doesn&#8217;t have any medicaments.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>diarrhe<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong> vomiting\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00a0soaring temperature<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>rash\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>cough\/ coughing\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<p>We have the clear case of food poisoning: some passengers are <strong>suffering from diarrhea<\/strong>. We have a few cases of <strong>vomiting<\/strong>. Some passengers&#8217; <strong>temperature is soaring<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>unconscious\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00a0treat the passenger<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<p>The child is<strong> unconscious<\/strong> so we need to divert immediately. Cabin crew is not able to treat the passenger by themselves on board.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>breathing problems <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00a0respiratory problems<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The intoxicated passenger that I reported to you before<strong> is having problems breathing<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>pregnant passenger<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00a0pregnancy<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00a0labor<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<p>We are worried about the <strong>pregnant passenger<\/strong>. We think the <strong>labor<\/strong>\u00a0might have started.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>nervous breakdown \/ panic\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<p>We have the passenger with the nervous breakdown. His companion says he is very apprehensive about flying.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>HUMAN BODY SYSTEMS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>cardiovascular system<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>digestive system<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>respiratory system<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>nervous system<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>INJURIE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>get hurt<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>twisted ankle<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>fractured elbow<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>bleeding<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>bruises<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>internal haemorraghe<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<p>As a result of the severe turbulence some passengers fell and <strong>got hurt<\/strong>. We have the cases of <strong>twisted ankles, wrists<\/strong> and <strong>fractured elbows<\/strong> and knees, some <strong>bleeding<\/strong> and minor <strong>bruises<\/strong> as well. One passenger hurt his stomach and the doctor that we have on board suspects <strong>internal hemorraghe<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>USEFUL PHRASES<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>We need the ambulance to take the passenger to the specialized clinic.<br \/>We don&#8217;t have any medical personnel to help us with the sick passenger..<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>overall condition<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<p>If the passenger&#8217;s <strong>overall condition<\/strong> doesn&#8217;t get better in the next couple of minutes we will need medical services on arrival, directly on the runway.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>sedative<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>painkiller<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<p>The passenger has taken some<strong> sedative<\/strong> and the <strong>painkiller<\/strong> and is feeling better right now. We are continuing our course.
