Clear communication between pilots and air traffic controllers is one of the cornerstones of aviation safety. But meeting ICAO language proficiency standards shouldn’t require unnecessary logistics or stress.
That’s why we’ve made it easier: ATC professionals can now take their ICAO English exams online – from anywhere.
Who Can Take the Exam?
Our ICAO English exams for ATC are open to:
- Tower controllers at both national (e.g. PAŻP) and private airports
- AFIS and FIS personnel
- Students and candidates in ATC training programs
- Anyone needing to renew or obtain a valid ICAO English certificate
How Does the ICAO4U Exam Work?
- Conducted entirely online with a qualified examiner

What Will You Receive?
You will receive an official ICAO4U certificate, indicating your proficiency level (4, 5, or 6).
The certificate is valid for 4 years, in accordance with ICAO and local CAA guidelines.
