In part three of the ICAO English test you have 30 seconds to describe one picture.
Sample description
This is a cockpit view of the runway. It looks like very early morning or late evening. Maybe it is autumn, because the forest in the background and the trees on the right have no leaves. There is fog over the runway. The runway lights are on. They help pilots operate safely at the aerodrome.

Typical exam questions and answers
Q: Describe the weather conditions.
A: The weather is foggy. Visibility is reduced. It may be autumn.
Q: What are the possible risks?
A: Low visibility can make landing and takeoff more difficult.
Q: What would you do as a pilot?
A: I would use runway lights, instruments, and ATC instructions to ensure safety.
